These terms govern your use of the One Solution — Plumbing & Heating website and any enquiries you make through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

Our services

We provide plumbing and heating services as described on this site. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us; the final price may vary once the work is assessed. All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Quotes and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we agree the work and price with you directly.

Your right to cancel

Where a contract for services is agreed away from our business premises (for example in your home or online), you generally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period and later cancel, you may be required to pay for work already carried out. Full cancellation terms are provided with your quote.

Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind it. Details of any workmanship guarantee applicable to your job are confirmed with your quote.

The content on this site is for general information. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness. You must not misuse the site or submit false or malicious information through our forms.

Reviews
